  • How long is the lead time on made-to-order pieces?

    Most upholstery and case goods require 10–14 weeks from order confirmation. Beds and custom finishes may extend to 16 weeks. Your specialist will confirm timing at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We coordinate white-glove delivery across Europe, North America, and select Asia-Pacific markets. Duties and import fees are quoted before you confirm.

  • Can I order swatches before committing to a fabric?

    Complimentary swatch sets are available for registered trade clients and private clients after a consultation. Request swatches through Customer Care or your project contact.

  • What is your return policy?

    Stocked catalog items in unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect — we will repair or replace at our discretion.

  • How should I care for leather and linen upholstery?

    Avoid direct sunlight and heat registers. Dust linen weekly; condition leather every 6–12 months with the kit provided at delivery. Detailed instructions are included with each piece.

  • Do you offer trade pricing?

    Interior designers, architects, and hospitality buyers may apply for a trade account with proof of business registration. Email studio@ikonicgroup.com to begin.
