Every Ikonic Group piece travels with the same care it was built with — crated, climate-aware, and placed where you specify.

White-glove delivery

Standard delivery includes room-of-choice placement, unpackaging, and removal of packing materials. Our couriers inspect each item with you before signing acceptance.

Timelines

In-stock pieces: 2–3 weeks within Europe, 3–5 weeks internationally
Made-to-order: 10–16 weeks from confirmation, plus transit
Trade projects: coordinated windows aligned with site schedules

Freight & access

Please disclose stairs, elevators, and doorway clearances when scheduling. Oversized sofas may require entry assessment — we offer a pre-delivery walkthrough on request.
